    This C.E.2nd century corbelled building is a beautiful example of a collective building, & limited to 20 m high, these buildings included a common staircase, & shops, & housing overlooking the street, & a central courtyard with arcades was in the center.

Cette maison dite de Diane (à gauche) était un immeuble d'habitation, appelé "insula".

Ce bâtiment du IIème siècle à encorbellement est un bel exemple d'immeuble collectif. Limité à 20 m de haut, ces immeubles comprenaient un escalier commun, des boutiques et des logements donnant sur la rue. Une cour centrale à arcades se trouvait au centre.
